Tuesday Oshana Energy Work Class with Petri
Following several requests for regular Oshana Energy-Work Method classes in Helsinki, Petri has stepped up the pesäpallo plate to offer weekly tuition. This is how Petri introduces his Tuesday night practice group:
The Moment all True Seekers have been waiting for is here: The return of the Oshana Energy-Work classes in Helsinki. Taught by a Finnish energy-work teacher, this is a rare opportunity for Helsinki natives to release stress and raise their energy and awareness levels, every single week!
You never know what to expect from these classes whether they be hilarious moments, new realisations about your home on planet Earth – your body, or simply a lot of fun investigations into what the Oshana Energy-Work Method reveals and brings to you in practise(literally). What you can expect is that the teacher will always try to take you on inner journeys, will often try to make you laugh and will undoubtedly be doing ”his thang”, which sometimes may mean stepping outside the borders of what the conventional Oshana Energy-Work Method could be defined to be.
So prepare for a lot of fun, bring your true, sunshiny Self with you(if you can) and leave your worries behind before you enter the practise room(otherwise they'll have to be taken away from you).
Previous experience of Energy-Work is not required. Bring with you: Loose cotton clothes and lots of water.
Classes every Tuesday 18.00-19.30, 19 Jan - 30 Mar 2010! Admission 10 euros. Classes are mainly held in finnish, but english speakers may survive too!
